"A person is a fluid process, not a fixed and static entity; a flowing river of change, not a block of solid material; a continually changing constellation of potentialities, not a fixed quantity of traits." — Carl R. Rogers

What is psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is a way of working with people in order to help them better manage a variety of mental health difficulties, and in doing so significantly increase well-being.

My training was integrative and as such I do not solely subscribe to one modality of working. I believe that individuals are multifaceted and that a holistic approach to therapy is beneficial in reaching optimum well-being. I believe that each individual has within them the strength, ability and resources to become their ideal and true self. Therefore, my therapeutic approach is tailored to each individuals' needs. My aim is to provide a safe and nurturing environment that will facilitate healing and growth
